3. Account Management

  • All transactions are processed securely. Refunds for deposits follow our Refund Policy, subject to deductions for damages or unpaid fees.
  • Payments comply with EU PSD2 for secure transactions, UAE Central Bank regulations, and Asian laws like India's Payment and Settlement Systems Act 2007 or Singapore's Payment Services Act 2019.
  • Late payments may incur fees as per local rental laws (e.g., UAE RERA limits, India's RERA provisions).

6. Lease Agreements and Tenant Rights

  • Leases formed via the Site are binding contracts between landlords and tenants. We facilitate but are not party to these agreements.
